CALCIANE is a milk mineral concentrate with a high calcium content (30%/dry matter). As a natural source of calcium, CALCIANE is dedicated to the enrichment of food (dairy products, beverages, biscuits, ice cream...) and food supplements.
CALCIANE is available in standard (particule size <150µ) and micronised (<7µ) references.
When micronised, CALCIANE avoids any sandy sensation in mouth and minimizes settling in liquid products.

The micronised quality of CALCIANE is obtained thanks to the use of a very special micronisor that guarantees a very small and homogeneous particle size (<7µm).
